SPA TREATMENT & PACKAGE CANCELLATION POLICY

All packages must be paid for upon booking. We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to transfer your booking to a different date, under this time and 100% of the booking value is chargeable. All non-arrivals to be charged 100% of treatment or package price.

Group Bookings - For groups of 6 people or more, we require 14 day notice to transfer your booking to a different date, under this time and 100% of the booking value is chargeable.

All promotional offers are non-refundable or transferable.
